Art.13 law 675/96 acknowledges the numerous rights of the individual to whom we invite to carefully consider. In brief, they are as follows:

- to have access to any information about him/herself
- to obtain the cancellation or blockage, or the updating, rectification or integration, as well as the declaration that these operations have been made known to whom they have been communicated;
- to oppose, with legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data;
- to oppose to the processing, for commercial, publicity or market research purposes;
